All drivers include a free 120-minute trial. You should always test that a driver works correctly on your system before purchasing a licence. Do not purchase a driver if you have not first verified it is compatible with your hardware and setup. All drivers are provided as-is and used at your own risk.
Our software is licensed to you, not sold to you. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to install and use the driver on the specific RTI processor identified by the MAC address provided at the time of purchase.
All drivers include a free 120-minute trial period that begins when the driver is first loaded on an RTI processor. The trial provides full functionality so you can verify the driver works with your specific hardware and configuration.
It is your responsibility to test the driver during the trial period before purchasing a licence.
Due to the digital nature of software licences, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once a licence key has been generated.
This is why we provide a free trial — so you can fully test the driver on your system before committing to a purchase. If you experience a genuine issue, please contact support and we will do our best to help resolve it.

In any event, our maximum total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific licence in question.
You may not decrypt, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify any driver in whole or in part. Any attempt to do so will immediately terminate your licence without refund.
Licensed drivers are supported on a best-effort basis. Support is available through the ticket system in your store account.
We reserve the right to discontinue support for any driver at any time, including when a third-party platform makes changes that render the driver impractical to maintain.
Driver updates, when available, are provided free of charge to existing licence holders and can be downloaded from the store. We make every effort to keep drivers up to date but are under no obligation to do so. There is no guarantee that future updates will be released for any driver.
Our drivers interact with third-party hardware and services (including but not limited to RTI processors, WiiM devices, Spotify, Tidal, LG, Somfy, Yamaha, Sensibo, and Mitsubishi systems). We have no control over these third-party platforms and accept no responsibility for:
